O.R. Tambo International Airport provides approximately 11,500 public parking bays for your convenience, with varying parking tariff’s to suit your pocket. Pre-paid parking is also available for your convenience, simply go to www.acsa.co.za and follow the parking links. Credit Card payment facilities are also available, with user friendly three step instruction guide on all parking entry and exit ticket booths. In the event that you have lost your ticket, please go to the Parking Management office, located in MSP1. Second level. There, they will locate your vehicle and you will need to pay the tariff that is applicable to the parking area. Once payment has been made, you will receive a receipt and exit ticket.

Airport's Company South Africa has created easy to access parking areas with a variety of parking options – The dedicated Pick-Up area boasts 30 minutes of FREE parking on the ground floor of Parkade 1, to drop-off or collect your guests, family or friends.
- Parkade P1 and P2 rates are situated in close proximity to the Central Terminal Building which is as easily accessible from either parkade.
- Shade Parking P3 is located north of the precinct and is a fully serviced area, a shuttle will pick you up and leave you at the terminal entrance for your intended departure, and upon return, will fetch you from the terminal and transport you to your vehicle, 24 hours a day.
- Shade P4 is as convenient an option without the bells and whistles, and naturally lower in tariff.
- Long Stay P5 is for those that are staying away for longer periods and a limited quantity of bays is available for this offer. Do arrive early to take advantage of this special offering.
Katanga Parking Services (Pty) Ltd has been tasked to manage the parking on ACSA's behalf and boasts a 99.9% uptime on all parking equipment, with a dedicated team of individuals, will try and make your parking experience a special one.
Their offices are located in the ground floor of Parkade P2 and are willing to do just about anything for you whilst you are at the airport, whether it's a flat tyre, flat battery and need a jump, or you have just managed to lose your bearings and couldn't find your car, Katanga's friendly staff will assist you until you are safe on your way to your destination.

Facilities for disabled persons
At parkades as well as shade parking – recommend to use the parkades due to close proximity. All parking bays for people with disabilities are located closest to the lift clusters. Please arrange in advance with your airline to have a wheelchair in readiness for your departure procedure.
Valet Parking at CTIA
King Shaka International Airport has got 1540 undercover parking bays available in the Multi story parkade as well as 4960 shaded parking bays. There are golf cards available to transport passengers to the shaded parking. Each MSP level has disabled parking bays available and will also be assisted by ACSA staff by means of a golf cart from the parkade to the terminals.
There are no pre-paid parking cards available and no long term parking facilities.
